Dr. Fugate has been in practice since 2006. He attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina before graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Dr. Fugate enjoys anything related to sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
