Due to the personal nature of the products, we understand that finding the right solution might require some trial and error. However, given the inherent properties of the products, we do not offer returns. We strive to offer a wide range of products to cater to diverse needs, but we also have some restrictions in place for returns and exchanges to ensure product safety and hygiene.

What We Accept:
Unopened products: We gladly accept exchanges for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, excluding original shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at store@premiereyes.com or 717-761-3077 within the 7-day timeframe.
Manufacturer or shipping defects: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
What We Do Not Accept:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
Important Notes:
Please do not attempt to return any products in office without contacting us first at store@premiereyes.com.
Please note that all sales are final for opened dry eye products and drops. This is due to hygiene and safety concerns.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your order carefully before checkout.
